So the experience in Georgia seals the deal for you in terms of the path that you want to go down. How do you find and buy your first practice? What does that look like?

So at that point, I knew that, like I said, I'm gonna start looking for more practices. All the criteria you said, like, I don't need them to be, like, in my backyard. Preferably not drivable either.
