Yeah, good question. So in between real estate investing and buying this business, I briefly had met a gentleman in my mastermind, my Jason Drees mastermind group who was building handwriting machines and helped him co found a handwriting machine business. So you see these things on YouTube or TikTok.

He literally built dozens of handwriting machines to make direct mail more effective. And I did that with him for about a year. He still operates the business.

I'm no longer involved, but I utilized that process for a lot of this and I still use him on occasion for things moving forward. But yes, every one of my envelopes was handwritten. It was written by a machine that was holding a pen.

So that's unique for sure. Um, so it's immediately doesn't look like junk mail. Right. Regardless, though, you don't necessarily need to take it that far.
