You have to let them know clearly, yeah. Especially in construction, safety is an issue. Work is an issue. I tell you when I hire new guys, the first thing I tell them is like, hey, sometimes there's issues out there.

There's one contractor doesn't like another contractor. A lot of people are working together. They're rubbing shoulders.

No matter what happens, there will be no issues on my job site. If you're wearing my shirt, you will clock out. You will take the day off.

Sure, go meet the guy down the street if you want, but not on my clock, not in my project site, because if we get kicked off the job, I don't get paid. You might still get paid because that's the law, but I'm not going to be happy.
