He does. He has a big contracting company in the area. So he said, I have a license called heavy highway, and it encompasses paving and a handful of other trades. But with my heavy highway license, I'm already qualified to pave.
I don't need to get a separate one. I was like, well, I've never constructed a highway either, so I probably don't qualify for this. But anyway, I looked it up and I was reading all the prerequisites, the experience forms, and it was, you know, all this stuff I haven't done, right?

You can.
You can go take the test. So that was, you know, without that, I don't think the bank would have wanted to. To finance a deal, you know, because, you know, you'll hear people say, oh, well, you could put it in someone else's name.
